Dr. Angela Gala is the Founder and Owner of Dr. Gala Health, a health coaching service for women in transition or post-menopause. She has been an active practitioner of holistic medicine in the last seven years. She combines her knowledge from over 30 years as a physician with state-of-the-art technology to create personalized plans that will help her clients live their best lives possible.

Dr. Gala graduated from the Leningrad State Institute of Medicine in 1991; in 1998, she earned her master’s degree in Holland and a doctorate in Cuba in 2014. After completing her Mastery of Transformation Coaching training at the Health Coach Institute, Angela became board certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

A true believer in balance between mind, body, and soul, Angela has always been fascinated by people’s self-development journeys - how they grow over time both individually and collectively through shared experiences together. 

Dr. Gala helps her clients achieve physical, mental, and spiritual balance by applying transformational coaching methods. She helps them find positive emotions, which can lead to better sleep patterns, increased self-confidence, improved relationships with others around them, less anxiety about aging, decreased depression symptoms due to hormonal changes during this period for many women, all while achieving more joy and happiness in their lives!

In 2016, Angela developed menopause symptoms which led to extreme fatigue, mood swings, and depression. After years of searching for relief with traditional or alternative treatments, she found that a combination of dietary shifts, cognitive therapy, and other behavioral changes was the only solution that successfully alleviated her symptoms. Her own experience motivated Angela to begin researching the relationship between metabolic syndrome and its effect on menopausal symptoms; she started by focusing on the ketogenic diet, which has been shown to improve menopause symptoms significantly.
